Short bio
I obtained my PhD in November 2005. I have also got a Master in Computer Sciences from Pedeciba, Universidad de la República (University of the Republic), Montevideo, Uruguay and Licentiate in Computer Science from Latin American Computer Science College (ESLAI) belonging to the National University of Luján (Argentina). I have taught and work on the area for more than 11 years. I am currently working as a professor and researcher at LIFIA , within the Computer Science College belonging to the National University of La Plata (UNLP) and at the University of Rosario (UNR) in the Computer Science Department of the Exact Sciences and Engineering Faculty. Before that, I have worked as a professor at the Universities of Buenos Aires, Río IV and La Matanza, and also I have been a member of several software development teams.
Research interest
My main research interests are: Functional Programming and the theory of Programming Languages, specializing in automatic programm-producing techniques.
